Pilot Projects

It is important that we foster a culture for strategic thinking; becoming more entrepreneurial and adaptive and responsive to unanticipated needs and opportunities throughout the district. Towards that end, the committee is supporting creativity and innovation ideas at our institutions. These pilot projects are aligned with one of our Institutional Priorities and affords the innovator the opportunity to research and try out new initiatives. The goal is to share the best practices and outcomes throughout the district.
