Shared Vision Process

What is a Vision/Mission? Current Key Concepts
Process

Welcome and Thank You for participating in the San Diego Community College District Shared Vision development process.

The process for developing the SDCCD Shared Vision is a collaborative, inclusive and transparent process to ensure that all SDCCD employees have a voice. The development of this Vision will not only help guide the SDCCD in planning for the future, but will also provide a process that can be used by any SDCCD College, entity, program or department to develop or revise their own specific Vision.

As part of the District Strategic Planning committee, a sub-committee was established with the task of developing and leading the District Shared Vision Process.

The team charged with leading this Shared Vision process is:
- Salley Deaton, City College
- Wheeler North, Miramar College
- Ray Ramirez, Continuing Education
- Monica Romero, Mesa College

We encourage you to explore this site information and submit your Vision feedback.

Thank you in advance for your participation. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact any team member.
