Process:
The team will be soliciting ideas via the website and team presentations through September 15, 2005.
After September 15, 2005, the team will review and compile all the feedback to find common themes and priorities which will then be reflected in a draft of the SDCCD Vision.
The draft will be released to all SDCCD employees for feedback on October 15, 2005.
This draft/revision process will be repeated and refined 2-3 times ultimately resulting in a final SDCCD Vision. The final Vision will go trough all shared governance bodies for approval and then to the Board for adoption in Spring 2006.
